What changes have taken place in NHI in the past three years? Recently, some customers of NHI told us what they think of NHI in an interview with our reporter.
Change 1: increased awareness of active service and become "good students"
Anhui Tongling Conch Group is the first ten million ton clinker production base in China. "At present, the 12 stackers and reclaimers in the production line of Tongling Conch Group are all from NHI, and these products have been running efficiently." Ma Chao, director of the technical transformation department of Tongling Conch Group, first introduced the NHI’s products.
Ma Chao said frankly that there were many problems in the market feedback of NHI three years ago: sometimes the feedback from users was a few times slower, and the delivery time was delayed, but no one went when it was time to provide on-site services...... In recent three years, Ma Chao used "earth shaking" to describe the changes of NHI, especially the great increase in the awareness of active service
At the time of the worst epidemic in this round, when the enterprise had demand, NHI immediately sent technical service personnel. "Don't make excuses, but try the best to meet customer requirements." This moved Ma Chao.
Taking solving users' problems as learning opportunities and their own innovation points, NHI and its employees have become "good students". "A good learning enterprise is the most promising!" Ma Chao said.
Change 2: remove the "high risk" label and upgrade to an excellent team
In 2018, Baowu Iron and Steel Group launched the environmental protection transformation project of ironmaking plant stockyard with an investment of more than 700 million yuan. NHI participated in the bidding and became a supplier of belt conveyor equipment. However, the project team also labeled NHI as "high risk" —— its past business dealings made people doubt its project execution ability.
However, this label was uncovered by NHI with its own technology and services. In November 2019, Baowu Iron and Steel Group reviewed and evaluated the project. As a result, the NHI team won the excellent technical service team award, and Song Xianrui, an employee of NHI, also won the advanced individual award for technical service.
Baowu Iron and Steel Group is a leader in China's iron and steel industry. NHI has not only become a qualified supplier of Baowu Iron and Steel Group, but also been rated as excellent in project implementation. Such a change has a high gold content. "This means that the NHI team and individual employees have won the recognition of the high-end market." Liao Hong, the project director of the environmental protection reconstruction project of the stockyard of Baowu Iron and Steel Group ironmaking plant, commented.
Change 3: turn strategic partners into product "salesmen"
Benxi Dongfang Sanjiazi Mining Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in iron ore mining and beneficiation in China. Recently, it successfully acquired an iron mine in Inner Mongolia, and the project construction began.
Liu Xiaoming, deputy general manager of the company who is busy bidding for equipment, said in an interview with reporters: "the ball mill of NHI is the first choice for our new project!"
Liu Xiaoming said this because of the recent cooperation with NHI: the purchased ball mill manufactured by NHI has become an enterprise "banknote printer", which has greatly improved the production efficiency of the enterprise.
In 2019, Dongfang Sanjiazi coal mine ordered one ball mill and seven Vertical spiral mills from NHI. The president of NHI led a team to visit users. The technicians took the initiative to find the needs of users. The on-site service personnel had a pleasant communication with customers. Everyone's goal is to go all out to provide cost-effective products

Change 4: shine the spirit of contract and give customers the greatest respect
"Because of the spirit of contract, the enterprise has become lovely and respected." Referring to the impression of NHI, Wu Haijun, deputy general manager of Xuzhou ZM-Besta Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd., commented.
Xuzhou ZM-Besta Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd., is a steel structure enterprise with overseas business accounting for 20%. Last year, it undertook an overseas project of more than 70 million yuan and purchased 6 stackers and reclaimers from NHI. According to the project process, NHI needs to deliver some products in advance during the Spring Festival this year. In order to complete the project on time, dozens of employees in the design, process, manufacturing and sales departments of NHI all worked overtime until new year's Eve; On the second day of the first month, they began to work overtime again, and finally made the products delivered on time. This scene remained in Wu Haijun's mind for a long time: "everyone is wholehearted and actively considers customers. Everyone faces customers and takes the initiative to serve them, showing the spirit of contract and great respect for customers."
This year, Xuzhou ZM-Besta Heavy Steel Structure Co., Ltd., will successively start four overseas projects. Wu Haijun has a number in mind about which equipment to choose. He chose NHI for the reason that "an enterprise shining with the spirit of contract is the most powerful!"
